Attach the padded Seat top to the twin-tubed section so that the Seat overhang aligns with the feet  Insert the nuts and bolts in position and secure using the Allen key provided  Insert the Seat Bar into the housing on the RIGHT* underside of the trolley (from operating perspective)  There should be roughly the same amount of tube visible on both sides of the housing  Secure the Seat Bar within the housing by fastening the two bolts provided with the trolley  Slot the legs of the Seat onto the end of the Seat Bar  The correctly attached Seat should look like the above image
