At Zesty Ebikes, we want you to ride with confidence. Most of the e-bikes we offer are backed by manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship.

EUNORAU provides limited warranty coverage for eligible e-bikes and components. Coverage may include the frame, battery, motor, and electrical components, depending on the specific product and component.

REVIBIKES

REVIBIKES provides a standard manufacturer's warranty for eligible e-bike purchases, subject to its warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Warranty coverage may include eligible components and store-bought accessories. Coverage and eligibility are determined according to the manufacturer's applicable warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your e-bike or component has a warranty-related issue, please contact Zesty Ebikes before attempting repairs or modifications.

Please provide:

  1. Your Zesty Ebikes order number
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. The e-bike model and serial number, if applicable
  4. A description of the issue
  5. Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

We will review your request and coordinate with the appropriate manufacturer or supplier when required.

Please do not ship any product or component back to us or the manufacturer without receiving instructions from Zesty Ebikes first.
